Richard is a qualified chef with 24 years of international hospitality experience. He has worked in the Michelin-starred ‘Les Continents’ restaurant at the Hotel Intercontinental, Geneva and the first-class ‘Princess Grill’ on board the Queen Elizabeth II. Evelyn combines her professional hospitality qualifications with her rich German heritage to create sumptuous breads, pastries and desserts.

The Ultimate Gourmet Package – Tuesday to Friday
Calling all foodies – this is your ‘once in a lifetime’ opportunity to indulge in the best of our region Arrive on Tuesday afternoon and spend the next three days and nights savouring fine wines and gourmet dining. Activities will include Champagne tasting, a visit to gold medal winning chocolatier Robyn Rowe, guided tastings of some of Australia’s most awarded cool climate wines and hands-on cooking classes with Richard and Evelyn.
